The new created state

The new state created will be included tomorrow, October 27th, 2022, in the payment life cycle.

The change is part of an ongoing effort to improve and clarify the life cycle of payments. As it has no effect on the possible payment flow, the change should be 100% backwards-compatible and have no effect on any integration.
