Create Individual

https://api.sandbox.devengo.com/v1/legal_entities/individuals

Creates an individual legal entity. The individual starts in status created. A government-issued identifier is required (type, value, and country_code). After creation, KYC may start asynchronously depending on your configuration; product capabilities stay disabled until verification reaches the basic level.
